I believe these cookies speak for themselves really....However, I must add a little to the story....this seller is amazingly easy to work with, makes a gorgeous cookie that her love of baking shines through each and every one she makes! Delivery was exactly on schedule....packaged beautifully!! No cracks, breaks...not even a crumble...!! My granddaughter is going to LOVE these sweet little cookies....I will be a repeat customer! Love, love, love them!!

I do not issue refunds.

That being said, the boxes are insured. If the carrier damages the shipment and a check is issued to me by the carrier, I will pass your cost on to you. Fortunately, that circumstance has only occurred two times in hundreds of shipments. Please put any special notes, custom ideas, and event dates in the special note section during the ordering process. I print the final order and that is the paper I refer to when processing your order. Thank you!

Shipping

I ship USPS Priority Mail approximately 3-5 business days before your said event date, unless otherwise specified. If possible, I prefer getting your order early so that I can add it to my baking schedule. Just put your desired delivery date in the note to seller upon check out, and I'll make sure your cookies are baked fresh and shipped on time. Cookies kept air-tight and at room temperature stay fresh for 2-3 weeks.

USPS Priority takes 2-3 days. I also purchase delivery conformation on all orders in order to track packages. I have used USPS Priority without issue for many, many shipments.
